Jon Steppic
Owner / Mechanic
Jon is a lifelong avid cyclist and has been riding on the roads and trails in New England most of his life. He bought Southbridge Bicycles in 2010, and grew it into the pro-level AND family-friendly shop it is today. Jon is the heart and soul of his hometown bike shop. Being a cyclist himself he has a deep appreciation for historic & local cycling culture as well the future of the cycling industry. E-bikes anyone?
Monique Trammell
Manager / Mechanic
Monique is a lifelong cyclist and creative. With almost thirty years of cycling and bike industry experience, she is deeply inspired by bicycles as a way to connect to, and move through a world less dependent on fossil fuels, and more dependent on one's cycling community. She founded Worcester County Women's Cycling and the American Women's Cycling Network and loves to make stuff out of your old bike parts.

In his decades of mechanical experiences, John has serviced everything from nuclear turbines to BMX bikes, but his passion is striving for mechanical excellence.
Greg Gunsalus
Wheelie King / Mechanic
Greg has been working at Southbridge Bicycles since he was knee-high to a grasshopper. A junior CX racer turned elite, Greg knows high-end race bikes like a kid knows Pokemon. Also, he can wheelie anything.
